GUIDELINES

✶ First contact through in-game DMs, then send me your refs through Bluesky or Discord.✶ I will be drawing ffxiv OCs - any race, any gender.✶ Weapons or gear that I deem too complex will be simplified or ask you to provide a different glamour.✶ Sketches will be sent through Discord, during the event. The finished artwork will be sent after the event is over.✶ Turnaround time will be around 1 to 2 weeks depending on how many commissions I get. But you can always send me a DM for any updates on your commission :3c

Please read this document carefully because by commissioning me, you affirm to be aware of and in agreement with everything written here.

PREFACEThese Terms of Service (referred to as "Terms") were created to define the relationship between the Client (referred to as "Client") and TOURUGO (referred to as "Artist"), which offers private art commission services (referred to as "Commissions").

- The prices shown in the table will be called the “Base Price”.- Additional characters will cost 50% more than the Base Price.- The complexity of the fund can vary up to an amount equal to 50% of the Base Price.



ARTICLE 1 - PROPOSALThe services offered by the Artist are of a private nature, being agreed via private messages directly with the Artist. The Commissions will be carried out in a digital environment, all of which will be made available in a PNG format that is not very compressed for the Client, when completed by the Artist.The Artist does not guarantee that his services will be in accordance with the Client's expectation so that the Commissions are uninterrupted, within the established term, safe and without errors. The Artist is not responsible for any interpretation, action or decision made by the Client after the delivery of the Commissions. And the Client is aware of this before confirming Commissions with the Artist.The Artist has the right to not accept a Commission. The Customer will be given a time estimate which the Artist will use to place the order. This estimate may vary.The Artist will NOT draw:- Content or Fetishes extremes;- Futanaris;- Mecha;- Feral;- Complex Props (guns, cars, etc);- Pedophilia and Zoophilia;- Hateful and Political Content.Content that is not described above may be drawn by the Artist. If in doubt, please do not hesitate to contact us.



ARTICLE 2 - WARNINGSThe purchase of Commissions is only for people who are of legal age in their country, or who have the approval of a person responsible for making purchases. For access and contact with the Artist, the Client must have an internet connection, direct or indirect. The costs of connecting to the internet, for contacting and purchasing the Commissions, are the responsibility of the Client only.



ARTICLE 3 - TECHNICAL TERMS FOR SHIPPING SERVICESCommissions will be sent via electronic channels such as e-mails or downloadable files. The Artist is not responsible for blockages that could cause difficulties in sending these drawings, such as spam or virus filters. The Client must check their settings and / or add the Artist's email address to their contact list.



ARTICLE 4 - RULES AND REFUNDSThe Client is not allowed to use Commissions for commercial use or NFT. In case of doubt, contact the Artist. For personal use it is not necessary to place the Artist's contacts, but there is a need to credit the Artist. The Client is not allowed to remove the Artist's signature on the Commissions, nor can they add colors, line art, or complete the sketches purchased, without the Client's prior notice to the Artist.The Commission's Payment must be done by the Client before the Artist starts working on it. Payment must be made by credit or debit card or PAYPAL. Online payment is made through secure banking channels. If the Client's credit card is denied, the Artist will grant him the right to resend the payment within a period established by them.The Artist has the right to add, withdraw, suspend, temporarily or permanently change the means of payment in order to improve the quality of service without prior notice. The Artist has the right to change the prices of his services without prior notice.The price paid for each item is clear to the Client. Being clearly shown in the documents and on the Artist's social networks, where the purchase of the Commissions was agreed. Prices are in reais and dollars, and there are no shipping costs.Completed Commissions will be accessible only after payment by the Client and the payment has been validated by the Artist. For any other payment-related question, the Client may contact the Artist.The Client can cancel their order without giving any reason, and they will be refunded within 7 days after the Artist receives the cancellation notice, using the same payment methods made for the original transaction, being waived the requirement additional payments for reimbursement.The amount refunded may not be the same given by the Client, depending on the Commission's progress made by the Artist.



ARTICLE 5 - WARRANTYThe Client is informed that the content is provided as is. The Artist does not accept responsibility over time, maintaining access to or deleting the original content of the order on your computer or email.Just as the Artist is not responsible for failures to save the Client's order. This being solely responsible for any damage caused to your computer or any other failure to download or save the content offered by the Artist.The Artist also disclaims any liability for problems that may arise during secure transactions. This responsibility lies with the different agencies that provide these services.



ARTICLE 6 – MAJOR INCIDENTSThe Artist is not responsible for breaches in the contract due to major incidents or unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to wars, disasters, fires, blackouts, among other events beyond the control of the Artist, which prevent the proper execution of orders.



ARTICLE 7 - DURATIONThese Terms take effect upon the Client's acceptance of these Terms when submitting his order to Artist and will continue indefinitely, unless they are changed or deleted by the Astist.
